So here's the deal...I so wish we could sit down together over coffee or tea and just chat about life. I wish I could sit down with you and listen to your story & encourage you right where you are. I wish I could tell you face to face that God loves you SO much and is with you in the midst of whatever you are facing. I wish we could all gather around and sit together on living room floors and just build one another up for God's glory! But until then, I hope this space serves as a place for us to gather, connect, and encourage one another right where we're at.

If you're new here, let me back up and share my heart and where this whole thing began. Back in the summer of 2015, I sat on the floor in my sister's bedroom, surrounded by boxes, about to head into one of the craziest seasons of my life. The overwhelm was SO REAL, but something was stirring inside of me. There were so many good things coming up in the season ahead, and I didn't want to miss out on all the beautiful moments God had in that season because I was stressed out.

I think as women it's so easy to get caught up in wishing for the season ahead, believing that if we can just get “there", everything will be better. The next season comes with it's own set of challenges, and we find ourselves back in the same place of discontentment. As I struggled with this in my own life, I knew God was working in my heart. As I wrestled with this and prayed over the season to come, I felt God whisper "look for the beautiful moments in this season". God lit a fire in my heart to document all the beautiful moments in a FULL season of life and encourage others to do the same. & a little blog called "This Beautiful Season" began.

Over the past five years, the seasons I’ve walked through have changed so much, but my heart for seeking out the beautiful moments in each season of life has remained the same. Beautiful Season Co. is now a space for all the passions God's laid on my heart.  I hope this space leaves you feeling encouraged and pointed back to our Good Father!

I always love to be able to put a face with a name so here’s our little family. :) My husband Ry and I were high school sweethearts and have been married for five years. He is truly my best friend and goodness I’m so grateful we get to do life together. Our sweet boy Ollie just turned two this spring. Our precious baby girl is due in June and we cannot wait to meet her. :)
